Heavy set housekeeper accused me of stealing of cart when I asked the housekeeper where the cart was located can I get a pen and she told me to grab the one of her cart and he immediately yelled at me and accused me of stealing I didn't like that at all

The front desk staff was very helpful. This is a very basic hotel. No frills. It is a nice hotel and close to major highways and eateries. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The area is very well lighted.
It was kinda of off the beaten path, so it was kinda of hard to find. No type of breakfast was offered.

The room was filthy,cold, heat didn't work. Was given an option to have another room same problems bathroom was nasty floor was nasty phone didn't work. I work as a housekeeper for Great town casino 8 years and this was by far the worst.
