Amazing
In a good place
The location is fantastic – several metro lines are just 1–2 minutes away, which made getting around the city super easy. One of the biggest highlights was the amazing view from the upper floors (23rd and up). It really made the stay feel special. The room was clean and, although small, it was exactly as described when we booked. We appreciated being able to request a fridge, which was very convenient. Room service was quick and reliable, and most of the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always trying their best to assist us.
The rooms are very small, with barely enough space to open a travel bag – definitely something to keep in mind if you're staying longer or have large luggage. The lobby area is tiny and gets quite crowded at busy times, and the elevator to the third floor was frustratingly slow, which made getting in and out a bit annoying. We tried the breakfast, and while it was okay, the portions were quite small. However staff were really nice and helpful! The most frustrating part of our stay was an issue with payment – unauthorized charges were attempted on a card that wasn’t even used at check-in. Although one staff member tried to explain it as a system issue, it still left us with a negative impression. Overall, the great location and views made the stay worthwhile, but the payment problems and a few service flaws took away from what could have been a perfect experience.
Ana upgraded my room. Shoutout to her!
1) staff did not clean the room after the first night. Apparently, they have cleaning services only on alternating days 2) they charged local taxes twice, both at the time of original reservation and on the card used at check-in for incidentals 3) they operate a 25+ story building with 2 small elevators: on Sunday at checkout time it took us 30 linutes to reach the lobby
Nice and clean rooms, comfortable bed and in some rooms an amazing view on the city.
Window blinds didn’t closed probably but Isaac at the front desk was really helpful and moved us to a new room
