good amount of space.
There was a live roach in the bathroom sink when I first entered the room.
I enjoyed the easy access to the Politan Row food court and entertainment area.

Pricey
The hotel is beautiful
The staff was pretty rude , I called for room service. The room service person knocked on the door very lightly. I did not hear her so I asked her to come back when she came back. She snatched the receipt out of my hand once I was finished signing then the morning of be leaving, I had leftover food that I wanted to eat. I called downstairs. The concierge person told me all the microwaves were giving out. It’s nothing she could do. She can’t go to the basement and heat up my food because she’s the only one at the front desk so when I got there to check out, I told the person I said it makes no sense that I pay over $300 for one night and you can’t make the accommodations to heat up my food. I will never stay in this hotel ever again.
Great location, having that upscale food court right now the door of the property is as awesome and Colony Square where they have music and other things going on. Staff was empathetic and helpful. Very close to the hotel are some lounges and bars and upscale sit down eating places besides the food court.
Shower has a pretty steep tub rim where you have to really climb over it, it might be hard for the elderly. Also, they didn’t have any mats that go down on the bottom of the tub while you’re taking a shower, which is a fall waiting to happen. They have some fancy fixtures in the bathroom, but they don’t work very well, I don’t think they’re very high-quality especially for the amount of use they get. The pillows seemed cheap and rather Uncomfortable. The phone in the room can call out, but you have to use your cell phone to call the front desk. The breakfast was pretty good but very overpriced. The location is very close to the symphony and the High Museum of Art.
Friendly staff, great situation and well appointed rooms. Good vibe and positive energy.
Nothing
Tons to do right at the hotel. Lively bar, food hall, and movie theater. Walking distance to good breakfast!
Bathroom facilities need upgrading
