It is a very beautiful renovated building with a beautiful view over the river. Room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was really good.
Good location with river views. Very comfortable suite.
It was a little noisy from both road and river traffic, double glazing would help.
Close to the tram stop, roof top bar and restaurant was a highlight - nice food, great service and fantastic views. Particularly one server in the bar who offered us a table with better views, or closer to the heaters and a blanket.
The werw no other facilities at the hotel, only one lift so often a wait, noisy Cockerell giving an early wake up call, some of the linen in the room could have been better kept, some had marks and stains on them. Location was ok, a bit of a walk to the centre.
Loved the Art Deco style of the hotel. The reception was a vast expanse of space. The rooms were a good size and very quiet. Comfortable beds too. And the staff were very helpful.
The only thing that I didn't like was the parking space. It was all very narrow and small and one could easily scrape another car or the walls whilst parking.
The hotel was very clean, location was good and the staff were fabulous. The room was comfortable and made up every day. I was travelling with my family and the hotel put us in adjoining rooms which was great for both kids and adults. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
I thought the breakfast was expensive so we didn't take it and went elsewhere.
