The room is good
The food is not so great..very average. The spa staff are not well trained as well as no cordination between them regarding communication of booking of slots!
Great rooms like serviced apartments. Comfortable stay. Great breakfast.
Slow service
The size of the room is very big. Comfortable bed. The sofa is a nice addition. Breakfast spread was amazing. Staff were very friendly and attended to all my needs. Location is based on your need and it suited us very well.
The rooms are very dated and needs urgent refurbishment. Inside of cupboards didnt look clean as the woodwork is very old. The balcony in the room couldnt be used as it was not cleaned and very dirty. Another thing which turned me off was that mid-day amid such hot weather, the lobby AC dosent work. Dont like to sweat while inside the hotel and eating breakfast. Complained about it every day of my stay. But to no avail.
