very supportive when the tv closed captions would not work, we were moved to another room with a working tv

Nice and clean. Almost had the feel of a more expensive hotel.

Everything was adequate aside from the maintenance issues that were seemingly forgotten about - in other words only half fixed. Also the hold for incidentals was more than I would have expected for this type of hotel.

The hotel was clean and the staff were really kind. The room was spacious and accommodated my family. It was surprisingly quiet. The location was perfect being close to restaurants, grocery store, hospital, and freeway access.

I wish they had to go breakfast options. The breakfast room gets extremely crazy and my kids can't be in crowded spaces.

Nice, clean rooms. Liked the room layout.

The wifi was slower than dial up. Big possibility is they use an open network instead of a password so anyone near the building can use it. I was trying work but couldn't for the 3 days we were here. Had to go to a coffee shop.

Well maintained yard and pleasant appearance overall.

Breakfast was not the greatest and it was noisy until about 4:30am (think the noise came from the TV in the room next door).

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

The beds weren't great. I've definitely had worse but they weren't very comfortable.

It is situated between a busy freeway and a gas station. While we were filling up at the adjacent gas station, a tweaker came by looking for food in the garbage bins. Also, our first night there, all gates to the pool were locked
