Breakfast was really good! Potentially add bacon to the menu if possible! Or granola with the yogurt!

The night shift receptionist was excellent

Breakfast was ok..we had a complimentary late check out till noon..and staff kept waking us up..and a staff member went inside the room and turn off the light then left..

We specifically picked the property for a hot tube, called to confirm. Hot tube was broken and not getting hot. We check in around 930p beat tried, the cleaning lady knocks on our door at 7a to wake us up!!! Multiple times! I want a refund! Smelled like smoke in room and elevator!

An inside room that you can’t hear the traffic. The tub needs grip/ skid strips. Not all electric outlets in lamp worked and my phone didn’t charge on right side.

Worried about Safety. Homeless Persons wandering around Parking Lot. 4 Police Vehicles called to parking lot next door to this property. Gathering of Suspicious Persons and activities going on in far back end or Parking Lot.

Filtered water in the gym

The person who checked me in late at night was consumed with a basketball game playing on his phone. It was irritating and, clear I was not a priority. This distraction cost me time and inconvenience in finding my room. The air conditioner made incredibly loud noises when cycling on and off. It sounded like a car screeching in a street race. The breakfast was the worst I've experienced in a hotel such as this. The options and prep just wasn't there.
