We thought it was nice at first. When we checked in it was chilly outside and they had just brewed some fresh coffee, which was nice. It looked clean. The room was a nice size and had a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The breakfast was nice.

Before we went to bed small roaches started popping up in the bathroom and on the dresser. It was disgusting! My husband had to go around killing them. We called down to the front desk and the gentleman told me he was sorry but he had no more rooms to switch us to. He said he would refund our money buy we booked with booking.com so he couldn't. So here it was 10:30 at night we didn't know what to do and we were afraid to sleep with the roaches. I tried to call booking.com and spent 25 minutes on hold before I gave up. I will never do that again! Thankfully my husband had some duct tape an put it over the drains. I expected better in Scottsdale!
