The room was good, we had great views and it was comfortable and quiet.
We were not impressed. Especially pool area is disappointing. We had stayed off-Strip 2 weeks before and wanted the experience of a Strip Hotel-Casino. The tropical resort feeling was very far away. The shallow pool is dirty and full of overweight tattooed people, drinking too much cocktails in plastic cups and beer in cans. They leave them everywhere. You are charged for everything. The resort fees are a scam, but that seems to be common in Vegas. The off-strip hotel we stayed in before did not do this though, and the pool was basic but we should have stayed there again. Value for money is not ok at Treasure Island.
Room was nice, got upgrade cuz our plane delayed 6 hours, didn't check in til 245 am. So our trip cut short a day almost. Gave us late check to 3pm for 50$ more. I think since we missed first nite basically should have given us more than upgrade because they gave away room I had, with jacuzzi tub to a bigger room with two separate bathrooms, but no jet tub. Whole reason I booked that room. Casino and all ares very nice, cvs connected very helpful. Don't fly spirit! Awful but cheap.
Nothing, this hotel needs a major make over.
Swimming pool outdated, room outdated. Windows are not isolated properly, there is lots of noise. The carpet looks really dirty in and outside the room. Pillows around the swimming pool dirty. This is not a 4 star hotel.
Rooms very big good aircondition
Nothing ...very big hotel ..for those who cant walk alot ask for room near elevators
The room was nice, enough light. Unlike some other hotels in vegas.
No coffee machine, no hot water. Not everyone wants to drink ice cold water. You can only get hot water in Starbucks but the staff there is unfriendly and rude. Food at the property in the breakfast place was horrible. Room service is until 2pm, what is the point?
It is on the strip, so you can just walk to all the famous casinos, has a multi storey parking included (it is easy to park), the price for the room was acceptable (despite the 'resort fee' and taxes - just double check how much you will pay when you book). The room was very well kept, it had the Strip view. There is a swimming pool but we didn't have to to use it. Overall very good.
You don't get much service here - you check in and out in a machine, unless you want to wait in a long queue. The place is huge, and to get from the parking to the checking in/out machines or reception is quite a walk through the casiono. All in all, it is a normal hotel, not as exciting as other, hotels/casinos, but this is not necessarily a disadvantage.
