We felt that we were treated as second-class guests simply because our reservation was made through a third party (Booking.com) and not directly with the hotel. I previously contacted Booking.com about this issue but have not received a response. Here are the details again: I booked 2 rooms for 5 guests for 2 nights at Treasure Island Hotel, with breakfast included. However, at check-in we were only given 4 breakfast vouchers for 1 day. When I raised the issue, the hotel manager told me I “should have read the fine print,” which is not acceptable, as the reservation details did not mention such restrictions. Since we did not receive the breakfasts promised for all guests and both nights, I am requesting a refund for the missed breakfasts. Please review this matter and assist in resolving it with the hotel as soon as possible.
Size of the room, location of the hotel, free parking, good wifi.
I don't like being misled and here I feel like I was. My booking comprised a room for two nights for a family of four and breakfast included. My obvious understanding is that every person should have two breakfasts, so eight in total. Can you imagine my surprise when it appeared that there were only two breakfasts in total. The hotel claimed that it was the deal. There was not a single word about it when I was booking a room...
Great location at the edge of the strip
0 interaction with any personel at the hotel. Pool music was incredibly loud. Bathroom door could not close.
It was centralized for our destinations…
The staff were rude, the facilities were lit up and blinking but nothing of substance, just “video” games everywhere… the room was nothing special with frayed wires on lamps and stained furniture, no courtesy or attractions, a disappointment with watered down over priced drinks and the laziest cocktail waitresses ever! Absolutely a waste of time and money!
