Beautiful hotel, very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Also in a great location and a nice breakfast. Its easy to walk to the most beautiful parts of Verona and a public parking space just a short wall away. Michela was very kind and friendly and fun to talk to. I recommend this hotel to have a great visit in Verona

Everything was perfect

The breakfast was wonderful including fresh fruit yogurt, delicious pastries and sliced meats and cheeses. Eggs were cooked to order. We all enjoyed this delicious start to our day. The location was perfect for sightseeing and steps from wonderful restaurants.

Good location and nicely decorated property

Some of the property is a bit tired. But the main issue was there was no hot water for three out of the five days we were there. Messaged host straight away to resolve and it worked once and then didnt work again, no offer of moving to another room but offered us a shower in a different room which is not practical at all. Have since been in contact regarding a partial refund for our stay due to this and have still heard nothing back despite chasing multiple times for three weeks. Not a cheap place to stay so would expect a resolution to an issue like this

Location is excellent. Interior is really different and gorgeous. Staff are brilliant and helpful. Loved this place
