Didn’t have housekeeping, not sure if I needed to request it
Everything was perfect.

Location is nice.
For the price and name recognition I expected much nicer. Our room as not ready at check in time and when we went to bed the sheets were dirty. Makeup and hair were on the sheets when we pulled them down. This was at midnight. We called the front staff and waited 15 minutes for them to come up and change the sheets. Upon check out they just said "thanks for letting us know" about the sheets. They did not offer any compensation until we asked and then gave us a $40 credit...
Rooms were nice, staff was outgoing, extremely dog friendly!!

i ubered to dinner. i had to stay at the restaurant due to a tornado and was not able to uber back to the hotel. i paid for a room i wasn’t able to stay in. i went to the front desk to extend my stay since i didn’t get to stay in the hotel.. and was dealing with an extremely rude, un empathetic employee who after discussing my situation, showed no sympathy and said that i had 72 hours to cancel, which was beside the point because i already checked in and was in my room. i was just unable to return from dinner. he said he wouldn’t be able to profit off of a night free of charge to me due to weather conditions that i had no control over. extremely distasteful and HORRIBLE customer service.
