The free parking in the basement with security was a helpful feature. We rented a vehicle. Also the central location was good. We were close to stores and eateries. We could walk to a Carl Jr if we wanted a snack. The Hotel is in a small shopping plaza

Loved the staff! Everyone was so welcoming and willing to make sure you had a wonderful stay. Cleanliness and design were 10/10.

I didnt love that they dont do shuttles to the airport, but its fairly easy to get there by taxi (or even walking if you dont mind the 30 min walk from the bus stop). Also the room we were in was a little smaller than I expected, still beautiful tho!

Very clean hotel, all staff are very very sweet & accommodating. The location is in the middle of the beach & downtown which is perfect

You can hear lots of slamming doors and everything in the hallway from any little noises talking etc. but personally Im the type to not let it get to me because I was just so grateful to be in tulum lol

resort fees too high; room missing some basic amenities- cups for filtered water and luggage stands

Internet went off for 24hours throughout hotel with no explanation or assistance.

The property was well located and had many shops and restaurants around it.
