The style

The room was super loud you could hear people on the other side of the wall and stomping above all night it was awful. The room was tiny. There were not enough outlets.

The location and theme.

Alan in reservations provided the worst service. Im assuming he thought by lying over the phone about approving a cancellation it would not come back to him. But I was trying to rebook the same Room the hotel for the next night. Still no refund as promis

The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

I had a double bed room that was very dark with a view of weeds and a dumpster. The walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations and every footstep of people above. The man at the front desk was unhelpful and rude. He seemed angry and annoyed.

The deposit for incidental is way too high. No one should be paying $150 a night for a deposit for three nights so over $400 and holds.

Yeah, that deposit for incidentals is too high excessive $50 a night. Is plenty.

Location across from the Comedy Store and walking distance to restaurants. Easy driving distance to Melrose and Macy's and Bloomingdales shopping center. The heated saltwater pool is a major plus. Now this is a bit of a hipster hotel.

The price for food was too high (oatmilk and granola for $17???) Happy Hour had no vegan snack options. I recommend chips or pita and hummus, or Daiya cheese pizza.

Rooms nicely decorated Bit of a young/cool vibe - maybe Im not the target market. Staff were exceptionally courteous

Check in is way too late at 3pm - I would expect latest 1:30pm The location isnt that exciting

Location & hotel were both superb. Staff were super friendly & helpful - Gave lots of great advice on local area & getting around. LOVED the hotel theme & decor. Would absolutely recommend this hotel & cant wait to return myself :-)
