Hotel Ziggy Los Angeles

Location and boutique style hotel. Pizza girl just opened a window and that was awesome.

I’ve noticed they have let the property and rooms go a bit. I stayed here when they first opened and the rooms were more equipped and also they would leave dog goodies bags and beds inside the room. They also use to lets dogs stay free… which is what brought me back this last time. Not only are they not free now, but there is 150 charge… that’s more than the higher end properties on the strip. Also there is an automatic service fee/tip that is charged to each bar item but I was not told about that. So I was paying almost 30 dollars for a glass of red wine because I was tipping on top of the already high prices. Not cool.

Parking is $65 per night

Hotel Ziggy is in the prime location. The rooms are huge, the pool is fantastic, the bar is wonderful, the staff are super friendly, the daily marg hour and happy hour are the cherry on top. Will be out new go-to when visiting WeHo.

The showers (which seem to be a standard in Hollywood hotels so not specifically a Ziggy issue) are horrible. The water pressure is almost painful and it is especially difficult to use in a tiny bathroom. A modern, detchaable showerhead would make our stay a 12/10.
