The waiting and reception facilities were immaculate but the rooms smelled horrible they informed us that it could be the rug or air conditioner but that didnt help the smell this was also the previous stay I dont think Id be staying at Hampton inn any more
The smell and the new pet friendly stuff I think there should be designated floors for people that like dogs better than they like people
The room felt very dirty. The door to the bathroom was broken and would not close (lack of privacy), hair was left in the shower, toilet paper holder was broken, visibly dirty. I didn't like not having a partition between the beds and the sofa area (this is usually such a nice bonus with a family style suite).
