My flight was delayed, and I called the hotel ahead of time to let them know. They assured me a “do not cancel” note was placed on my reservation. However, when I arrived around midnight, I was told the hotel was overbooked — even though I had a confirmed, prepaid reservation. I wasn’t the only one; several other guests had the same issue. I eventually got a downgraded room very late after speaking with the manager, and was told I had to check out by 9am. This was incredibly frustrating and not the stay I paid for. Please help me get a refund or at least partial compensation for the inconvenience and downgrade.
The rooms were very nice and comfortable for me and my family. The breakfast as always, was great and my grandson loved the waffles!!! I've always stayed here because of the convenience of the location when we go on our family cruise. The staff is amazing and so professional!!! See you next year!!!
