Amazing location and the atmosphere! The staff is really gently!

Breakfast could include more fruits, but it’s really good. The cleaning! They offer you a drink (that I never got) not to clean your room daily, but I think it’s important to clean it daily (at least to pick up the trash).

I booked a loft room with balcony as I did several summers before. I got one wirh an air cooling / cleaning in front of it including a metall tower and making a sound that you can hear both on the balcony and in the room when the balcony door is open. I asked immediately for another room when I arrived. They told me there is no other room available. Then I asked if I can change the room during the week. The hotel personnel told me that they cant help me. I also asked for late check out at 1 pm for an extra charge which was denied. But other customers had no problems getting a late check out.

The room and particularly the view was spectacular, it was worth the stay for the view.

We had no place to park our rental car and ended up having to find a garage a couple blocks away and had to make many trips to the car as were were unable to bring all of our luggage to our room.

Everything was exceptional. a beautiful Hotel in a lovely location in the Shopping District. Staff were always willing to help. Very good breakfast and a relaxing atmosphere.

We were truly amazed by this hotel from the very beginning. Communication was excellent throughout, and the check-in process was seamless—automated, yet with friendly staff available if needed. The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy to explore the city. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast. Honestly, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had! There were plenty of delicious vegan options (a big plus for me), and the coffee was excellent. We also really enjoyed spending time at the bar in the evenings. A thoughtful touch we appreciated was the option to skip housekeeping. In return, you received a voucher for a free drink at the bar—such a smart and sustainable idea. Overall, this was a fantastic stay from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!
