During our stay the fire alarm went off twice; 1am and 4am. Made for a difficult night of sleep

an amazing iconic gilded era hotel and property. excellent staff. nice facilities. good updates throughout but retains the style of the era it was built for.

sometimes tough to find things, like restroom, as it's a sprawling set of buildings that have been unified.

Wonderful classy place. Everyone was smiling and very polite. Really a fantastic experience

We had a group of 12 people for our daughter s engagement party. Every thing was great unlill the parents of the groom to be went to leave and they spent 2 1/2 hours looking for her car keys at the valet. We had to drive them home and the keys were lost until 4 pm the next day. After such a great dinner this was so upsetting that we couldn’t remember the fun part. I hear this is not the first time or the 10 th time.

It was my daughter’s bachelorette party. Everyone was so nice, well worth the trip. So many things to do.
