- Didnt respond to my enquiry until after check-in on how to get to hotel. - Weak shower. - No transport to & from hotel from CTM station.

Great location for exploring Chefchaouene.

Travelling on motorcycles and this Riad has a secure under ground car park. Location is good for a walk into the centre. Staff very helpful, we purchased 'sim' cards from a local shop and the staff 'activated' the sim on our phone .. the instructions for activation are in arabic !!

Difficult to find.

Property was well located outside the Medina. We booked the suite and it was huge. Property is spotless. There are a few stairs in the lobby but also an elevator. Staff are excellent and extremely helpful. Breakfast was truly outstanding. Our room was spacious, had a small balcony, great air conditioning, very comfortable bed with a fridge and kettle. Lots of hot water and good water pressure.

No complaints - this property delivers and is excellent value.

Staff was very nice and helpful in organizing transport to Tangier. They made us dome vegan breakfast choices per request which was very nice. Room was very clean and big with a nice balcony. Unfortunately we only stayed one night so couldn't fully enjoy it.

Location is perfect if you are with a car, otherwise it's a bit of a uphill walk to medina.

The staff were very accommodating, the room quite spacious, the breakfast good.

Room and en-suite could do with an update, other guests in the hotel were quite noisy

When we arrived, we were able to check in about an hour earlier which was great. We loved the colourful hotel, the room was cute with all the handpainted decorations an a beautiful bathroom too. Excellent breakfast. Thank you :-)

Receptionist was not that talkative, gave us a key, told us room number and which floor but nothing else. I'd like a bit more information about the whole stay and even maybe throw something like: "Enjoy your stay" would be nice. I had to ask at least for the basics such as parking and breakfast and we went to our room. I noticed then that on the room door, there is a printed paper with some useful information such as wifi, breakfast and checkout times...some prices for water (eventhough minibar empty) so one can only assume what to do next. :) As I mentioned above the room was gorgeous, the bathroom floor was all wet when we got there so got our socks wet straight away. :D We wiped it and in the morning there was just a cold water in the shower... The bed was not that comfortable for us either but its also very individual experience, for us it was too small and hard. :) Also we were out of luck and they are currently repairing something so there was quite a noise for most of the day. Luckily we stayed just for 1 night and was gone most of it, unfortunately the time in the hotel was not as enjoyable. I know this is out of control of the hotel property.

It had a parking place, it could be better cleaned
