Great location city centre

The stuff was really helpful and very polite. The location was perfect and everything was clean.

The system to lock and open doors really would need to be modernized (we had difficulty to get in the hotel when we arrived because the personnel did not hear the doorbell, so we had to make a few calls and wait about 10 minutes on the street, and in the night we were locked out from our hotel room because on our floor there were two rooms and we before our door we had to cross an other door that was shared and the other guest closed it from inside, so again we had to make some calls in the night to get some help.) The rooftop terrace was not accessible because of reconstruction, we really regretted.

Lift should go up to the top floor

You need to walk from The train station. The taxis are little bit expensive

Old and small room, as 4 star hotel they didnt have Iron in hotel. So many steps which is difficult for heavy luggage. Not offering complimentary water.

Great central location and a lovely room. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff.
