Location was very good. Personel was so helpfuly. Bath, Lobby ve other thinks was good.
We had for four people one room and two beds, but beds and room were so so so small. The refrigerator was not working.
The Hotel, has a really cool vibe and the decor is nice
Hotel staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Lied to on multiple times and when escalated to management they were equally unhelpful. We had fraudelent charges put on our room resulting in an incredibly high bill, which they are refusing to communicate with me, eventough we have full proof it couldnt possible of been us as we have shared multiple proof (bank charges, train tickets, bookings) to show we was not in the hotel. One member of staff said " its not my problem to sort that bro"
Didn’t partake in the breakfast, we had coffee each morning, lovely. Good cappuccino.
Staff friendliness and interaction - non existent. Compared to the hotel we’ve just checked into for the next week, Night and Day! Perhaps that’s purposely the vibe…I’m honestly unsure? Stay out of the way, don’t bother guests unless asked? Surely a smile and basic hello/ goodbyes are in the job description?
