Arlo Midtown

Great location , clean hotel , good facilities, great staff

Booking.com advertised this as a superior king room but Myself & my Daughter were placed in a standard king room which was very small & told by staff they do not have superior king rooms , only standard, Urban & city view rooms & if we wanted to upgrade to urban or city, it would be at a further cost ( I had already paid a lot & turned down other hotels , for the Arlo. Also I have not rcvd my $100 security bond back yet & the room was left in the condition we found it

Everything was great! From the location to the customer service

Really cool spot, good restaurant, Bar, Coffee shop and lots of places to sit and chill for an hour or two. Good gym with Pelotons. Room was well laid out with a nice view from the city room. Great location near everything but just outside the madness.

Window was a bit drafty but outside of that, nothing.

Modern lovely bar area and seating downstairs. Comfy beds. Great location.

Loud music. Had to ask for room to be cleaned.

The staff was great! The bellhop was the best part of the hotel.

Small room. No closet.

The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the incredible service from the entire team—everyone, from the front desk to the luggage staff, and the rest of the crew. We felt genuinely welcomed at all times, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also exceptionally clean and has a delightful scent throughout. The lobby is cozy and inviting, creating a great first impression. We would definitely stay here again!

While the hotel staff was incredibly attentive, the restaurant team was the complete opposite—unprepared and lacking any consideration for tourists. They didn’t make an effort to speak in a friendly tone or clearly enough for someone coming from another country. Every time I visited the restaurant (three times in total), I felt uncomfortable due to the service. One specific incident stood out: my girlfriend walked in finishing a yogurt, and the waiter addressed her in a very disproportionate and rude manner, saying it wasn’t allowed. While I completely understand the policy, the way it was communicated was unnecessarily harsh, especially since it was our third time there. That said, this was the only downside of our stay—the rest was excellent!

Loved the location and the hotel itself. Breakfast was fantastic ! Best pancakes I’ve had in a long time
