Staff was amazing and really friendly.
The floor in the room was not cleaned very well. The bathroom had long hair all over it. Neither of us have long hair.
The staff,cleanliness,location,and indoor pool
Nothing, everything was on point! Would highly recommend people to enjoy this hotel and will definitely be back
The pool
The website depicted a nice hotel with great breakfast. Cute rooms and a great experience. Our room was in shambles. The walls had no pictures, there was significant water damage on the ceiling. The freezer was neglected so long it was one big ice block.
The pool was nice but the water was green. They serve a nice breakfast in the morning.
I didn't like anything; the staff was young and unprofessional, the hotel is so dirty, from the elevator to the halls and rooms. We cancelled our second night and went to Wayback.
The staff was most helpful for my needs
The hotel lobby is beautiful the hallway to rooms needs updating and to my surprise the Hotel had roaches , for a little over --- a night Im sorry Unacceptable !!! I refused to stay
The facilities are pretty. Cozy and classic accoutrement in the lobby and friendly staff. The breakfast was substantial and nothing fancy. The pool area and public bathrooms were very clean, in fact, much of the place was well maintained, clean and tidy. The staff was pleasant. There were no unusual odors and the parking was easy. Close walk to good restaurants. Learn the back roads, it will save you time in getting where you want or need to go.
The staff are super busy and could be inattentive as they try to organize for the next big rush. One of the chairs in the lobby was splitting at the seams. The elevator is a relic from a bygone era more adequately referred to as a "lift". The carpet throughout should be taken up, period. If you allow pets you must consider those of us who are allergic and can't stand the residual effects of pet hairs. Changing air filters would reduce dust particles in the air and on the popcorn ceiling that should be replaced.
