It was awesome

The room was very nice and spacious.

The food wasn't the best.

Variety of entertainment, spacious, outdoorsy, open. The rooms had everything needed it. Room service it was even better that going to the restaurant. Good entertainment and shows for the kids.

No many food options at the buffet near the beach. One of the rooms rented for the family smelled moldy all the time, the toilets were uncomfortable and too tall, way too much algae at the beach. Service at the dinner restaurants was not good enough and specially the last day we stayed because all restaurants were closed and only one restaurant was open for all the people that was there, it was a two hour disaster and we ended not eating at all there. The photo service with the hotel, not only super expensive but the pictures were not well taken. Prices start $300 dollars for 15 pictures only and goes on and on. The kids area is so small.

The property was nice and cleaned . The workers were awesome, Above and beyond.

The food was bad. Plenty of foods but tasteless. Everything was bland. Nothing we ate had taste. Please train the chefs please. Even my 9 year old complaint about the food. Once she said those people dont know what called spice. Was there for 5 days but bearely eat anything. Thats the only reason I wont go back, because when Im on vacation I love to eat.

Very clean, well lit at night so you felt safe.

They need to improve on their customer service. Example bartenders at pool bar
