Excellence Riviera Cancun All Inclusive - Adults Only

Was all that you would expect from a 5 star all inclusive all adult resort.

On check out day I was told to leave the bags in my room and allow the bell hop to collect the bags and take them to the transportation area. We left the bags, grabbed a snack and checked out. When I got home I notice my $$ watch was missing. Bad taste!

The staff was phenomenal! Food was outstanding! And the room, the location absolutely fantastic. This was our second stay at Excellence Playa Mujeres, first was for our 25th anniversary...this year we were celebrating our 30th!!

The staff was genuinely friendly and seemed happy to help- not the fake 'customer service' happy either. The food was beautifully presented and tasted good as well. The grounds were very well maintained. The entertainment staff was amusing.

The fountain in the Mexican restaurant is a bit of a trip hazard.

The hotel was unbelievable from the time we drove up to the front entrance. The level of customer service has been through the roof. They have been very professional and courteous since day one and its genuine. They remember you and you feel specia

What did not I like? So happy we stayed here. I had been researching resorts and at one point they all looked the same. Excellence Riviera was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Very close to the airport. Very welcoming. Our room was great!

Extremely friendly staff. Great food not to mention a variety of food options.
