Hotel Monville

Great location, clean and quiet room.

The check in process is terrible. I did not feel welcome at all. Problems with the kiosk and it was not reading my CC properly. The staff member was not helpful at all. He was lecturing me about how credit cards work instead of being in any way helpful. Eventually was able to check in. It was 1 pm. They just left me to sit in the lobby for over an hour before someone came over and asked my name and said they would let housekeeping know I had registered and would try to get a room ready. After this bad start, my stay was fine although I never had housekeeping. I am not sure if you needed to request it? The restaurant staff were very nice. I would choose another option next time I come to Montreal!
