Kind staff members, coffee maker in the room, large TV, and comfortable king-sized bed.

The lobby is impressive but for the cost, the room was disappointing. Our room overlooked the expressway and the noise from daily traffic was a distraction - especially for sleeping at night. When the hotel isn't busy, putting guests in rooms that face away from the traffic noise would be helpful. Unnecessarily complicated WIFi log in - we usually don't have an issue with WiFi connection at the hotels were we stay.

The staff were super courteous and helpful, always smiling and happy. Beautifully decorated and very cozy. The location is perfect in the middle of downtown with so many restaurants to choose from.

Nice, clean, friendly staff. Hot water and mattress perfect. They defeathered the room for me, so awesome. Easy walk to convention center and food.

Noisy at night. Not the hotel's fault (location), but better noise baffling would have made it perfect.

The amount of cops and sirens and the fact the fire alarm kept going off

I liked the room we chose. The Guild House restaurant so close to the hotel is an added benefit.

The location and our room facing High Street made it extremely loud from racing cars, to motor cycles and emergency vehicles too. The band playing below was extremely loud too. The fire alarm going off at 4 am left little to be desired also. It was a false alarm.
