Friendly staff, clean place!

The lighting in bathroom and bedroom was too dim

Walkable to a lot of places in Short North. Gym was clean and well equipped. Breakfast at the Soul Bar was delicious.

Everything we experienced was great!

for what they charge, should have turn down service

staff was amazing! any time of the day they're there for you. food was absolutely delicious and beautiful. who would think having lobster and eggs for breakfast!

for being 600 bucks, not a good value. you can hear almost every car out the window reving an engine or not. quite frankly we could hear our neighbors also. Just wwould think there'd be more muffle being a spa hotehotel. not as much art as they describe either

The room was extremely beautiful, the views were amazing and the furnishings were very nice. Everyone seemed very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We loved our stay

The bathroom was beautiful but the design of the shower concerned me. Great showerhead but it was not centered with enough room for me to comfortably stand under it without being very close to the wall. The water splashed a large path beyond the shower curtain and the one time I used the spray wand full strength it literally soaked the floor of the bathroom several feet past the shower curtain. I used several towels to mop up the spray and to direct the water back to the drain.The bathroom was also beautiful but I believe the floor outside the shower should have been slightly banked towards the drain and that the shower curtain should have been longer and closer to the floor to prevent so much water being outside of the shower area
