Everything was okay.

Everything is perfect in this hotel, food is great, staff is super friendly and helpful. The beach club a and the beach in front are beautiful. Room are big and comfortable the are art in every corner in this hotel is unreal. I fail in love for this place.

Overall the property was beautiful with lots of nice design touches. Pool was nice, staff was nice, and drinks were great. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable.

Infrastructure wasn't great. It was overwhelmingly hot in all common areas of the hotel including the lobby, bar, and restaurant. Also, you get "free breakfast" but still get charged service fees, so it isn't actually free. You're expected to tip on top of included gratuity in every bill. You basically get charged every time you step foot outside of your room. Probably the biggest ripoff of any hotel I've stayed at. For example, a quesadilla at the restaurant + a water will cost you $40 (in Mexico). Insanity.

It was an amazing experience! The staff were so nice and welcoming! The beach was super clean and clear! And the food was delicious! I definitely want to go back! Thank you Casa Malca!

Incredible and unique place with loads of art and character. Specious and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast and great service. Well maintained beach, gardens and surrounding areas. Very helpful stuff. We would definitely come back for more.

A very short stay, next time we will be coming for longer period.
