I wish the pool was indoors. On site laundry would be nice and a microwave in the fireplace room would be nice. Otherwise the female waitress at the Grill restaurant was a bit brash. Short & rude even. 2nd time in she was a bit better.
The location was great - just outside of downtown Taos! I liked the casita - very private and charming with a comfy bed and romantic kiva fireplace! I wish we had time to use the hot tub and fitness center but they were available for us. There was also nightly live music but it was too early for us; it ended around 8 pm!!
Everything was lovely! One thing was breakfast - we headed into town and found a few great breakfast options which were yummy. I don’t know if the hotel breakfast would have been better!

The Hotel doesn’t clean the room. We tried to request a room cleaning, but received the response that they can’t do it because 12 rooms requested a cleaning before us.
Location was nice. Just outside of all the busy. Easy drive to downtown area and other touristy spots.
The breakfast room was in another building.
Not much except the location
Almost everthing. Had to sleep in a freezing temperature for whole night as the heater was broken. Despite calling the staff, no help was provided. They changed the room for next night but even that room was bad. Key did not work, there was no lock on bathroom. Overall, a very disappointing stay.
