The staff and how clean it is there.

Lovely hotel, will definitely be staying when i visit portugal. The Serene was top notch

Breakfast very limited choices. No machine for beverages and beverages was served slightly cold but staff attitude made up as they are so polite and addressed any issues promptly

Exceptionally good bed, alignment with nature, great breaksfast

The room was comfortable and the mattress as well, the hotel hall is beautifully decorated and the personal was very kind.

The property indoor swimming pool is in need of reparation, old full of molde and dirty, it seems many parts of the hotel are not being repaired or taken care of, that is quiet upsetting specially because we are talking about a 5star hotel. I have attached some pictures in my review to better illustrate my comment. The food in the breakfast buffet was also not the tastierthe service was slow and the plates were left to accumulate in our table, since no one cleaned our table from used dishes during the breakfast time.

I suppose is a good place for golf, lovely grounds. Every room has its out garden area.

Needs updating, more attention to cleaning. Ants in the rooms, dirty water glasses, steam room not working. The road around the development is uneven, makes the buggy ride dangerous as is soo bumpy.
