Room was big. Curtains dark. Tv worked. Lots of channels to choose from. Staff was nice. Coffee was adequate in room. Extra pods were provided when asked for. Coffee machine in lobby was an added bonus.
Spa/jaquizzi was down/under renovation.
Nice clean and comfortable staff helpful
Very very expensive also kept awake by upstairs room very noisy
The pool and spa were a nice amenity. Breakfast was not available
Lots of noise throughout the day and early morning, due to construction going on across from our room
Stayed at the Best Western Pepper Tree Inn for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the fresh paint and clean interiors. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so no breakfast was available, which was a bit disappointing. The morning coffee wasn’t great either. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable, making for a good night’s rest. The biggest downside was the quarter-inch gap in the doors, which meant we could hear everything our neighbors were doing—especially with adjoining rooms. If you’re considering a stay, request a room without neighbors or be prepared to make friends with the construction workers next door. Overall, a decent stay, but soundproofing needs serious improvement.
Clean and comfortable.
A significant amount of noise from neighboring guests on the outside hallway both late at night and in the early morning.
Room was lovely, great balcony. Garden area was really nice. Staff in reception (Joel) and cleaning staff really nice. Very modern and clean. Hotel in middle of modernization Parking spaces easy to find and navigate.
No pool but that was totally understandable as pool is being done up, the hotel advised us of same before our arrival.
Newly renovated. Great location. Great price.
