San FranciscoThe greeters at the front door, were extremely welcoming with no bias behaviors.
The front check in staff was rude, I asked about parking once we arrived, and she informed me of the price 87.00 per night, then she assumed that myself and husband could not afford the parking and said if you can't afford this there is public parking.
Very clean, great location, and much nicer than I'm used to.
High cost to park overnight, but that might be normal for this grade of hotel.
Fantastic luxurious hotel with great amenities

I am a regular guest when in San Francisco. I find the Intercontinental to be consistently high quality, with a friendly, professional welcome and very comfortable rooms no matter what the size.
I love the swimming pool. It's so nice to go for a swim and then head back up to my room to continue my day. It's a great amenity to have and rare to find in SF.
Comfortable
The window curtains were sheer, less private and allowed too much light.
