Location. Alot of extra charges that weren’t brought up until my arrival

Everything was almost perfect until…….

This would have been a great weekend until the hotel staff called me in my room repeatedly about a restaurant bill. Told me i had to get out of bed “ right now” to settle a breKfast bill. It was just a daily limit problem because my wife and I were spending so much money over the weekend. I told them i would come down because i was checking out in 2hrs. Then they made me feel like I was being dishonest and not giving me the benefit of the doubt to seetle at check out. As a Black man this shouldnt feel normal practice. Especially at almost $500 per night.

I liked the space of the room.

They do not have a rooftop bar and more options for food at the bar

Dirty Tooth pick outside my room for 1 whole day after cleaning , from the room next door

Location was convenient as it was near the convention venue, shops, as well as food places. Room space was just right for us. Staffs were accommodating. Breakfast spread was good and coffee served was great.

Nothing. Maybe hotel rate was just a bit pricey.
