In the morning attending breakfast, I was asked to leave the hotel because I did not have a reservation to be there and when it was confirmed that I did have a stay there that night prior no apology was big enough to accommodate the embarrassment that I experienced

Was charged $60 up front for "incidentals" supposed to be refunded, but haven't seen it. Did NOT LIKE that.
I had a room
The bed was ok. The window did not have a good seal so it was loud. The room faces the pond so hearing the annoying geese all night was awful!! The breakfast was not the best either, seemed everyone said something was cold. Also reception ladies checking me in could have had a nice attitude.
Breakfast was good.
Toilet was running, flapper chain was too long and would get under flapper. We figured out how to get it to stop, but it needs fixed permanently.
