We didn’t eat breakfast, was not free
The pool is not heated (it’s connected to outside and the pool room was not heated either.
The staff tried to figure out the issue or problem
That the tub was clogged
room was comfortable and clean. Lobby is nice. We only slept there so didn't experience much else.
The gentleman checking us in was not happy to be there, he seemed irritated.
Room outdated .needed work I would stay again
Great room, comfy bed, amazing water pressure
It’s a huge conference hotel—long walk from entrance to elevator to get up to room. Somehow it is misplaced—it might fill up in Washington DC, but I can’t imagine a conference in that part of Columbus OH. Maybe if all the Budweiser execs need to get together?
Breakfast was fine. Bed was fine. Cleanliness and safety in the room, and at the pool was a big issue.
They was a chunk of wall missing with exposed wires under the rooms heating and cooling until — only discovered this when picking up my 2yo’s pacifier. Couldn’t use the in room coffee maker because of how dirty it was. There were ants in our room. The pool was a mess — we were told it didn’t have heat, and that was okay — we weren’t told that the railing and tiles around it were broken, or that it hadn’t been cleaned. And when I told the front desk that the railing in the pool was coming out of the floor, the only thing she said was, “okay” and “what would you like me to do about it?” — this confused me, and made me feel as if my family’s experience was disregarded, because why would this be okay and why would I have the answers?
