I didnt love anything about the property

Things were outdated and needed replacing. The elevator floors were warped from some kind of moisture. The sheets felt like canvas (my 14 year olds words). The fridge made loud noises and the flashing lights on the smoke detectors kept us up. The sofa bed got stuck coming out and I needed a maintenance person to come unfold it. He suggested not putting it back for the length of our stay. I asked the front desk for a different room, a rollaway bed, or some sort of discount for not being able to use the couch in our TV room for three nights due to the malfunctioning sofa, bed, and he said there was nothing they could do except offer to have housekeeping come and take the bed out and put it back for me every night and every morning. There was also a $30 Charge that I didnt recognize until I realized it was for parking in the garage that I thought was complementary.

Charge for parking and the breakfast was terrible
