Days Inn by Wyndham Ottawa Airport

When I phoned the front disk for a bodywash soap she asked me to come to the front disk to take it, and when I did so she told me it is not available maybe next morning we can get you one. My stay was one night only !?

This was a stay from 9pm in the evening until our air departure at 7:20 am the next morning as such we did not have time to do much

The room rate on weekends is much higher than on weekdays. During our four-day stay, the room was not cleaned once.

The location was good and the room was comfortable.

My experience with the staff when I checked was terrible. She was so rude and not professional at all. The way she was talking to us and how she addressed our requests was really disappointing.

Reception barely looked up when checking us in. A smile would have been nice.

The breakfast was varied, fresh, very clean and well stocked. The lady looking after 5he breakfast was excellent. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bedding was in good shape. The rooms and bathrooms are looking a bit tired .

I would like to have been told there was no housekeeping in our room. I had to take wet towels to the laundry and pick up fresh ones each day. Same with garbage. The laundry staff were very friendly and helpful. This certainly wasnt a problem but being told as I checked in would have been useful.
