Perfect location. Beautiful view of the ocean. Great food at the Tradewinds and a very friendly and helpful staff.

The food service is the worst i have experienced in all my travels... rooms are tired as are the buildings.

The size, the wi-fi all over the complex, the pools, the absolute BEAUTY! Employees that were most helpful: hotel employee at sunset restaurant and the Towel Hut, hotel employee in Bamboo Room, so friendly, and hotel employee at Ice Cream who is awesome!

Location is great. Pools and grounds were great and most of the staff were lovely. Food that we ate at the hotel was good. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping was great.

The front desk staff was not as good as the staff in the rest of the hotel. (Had my wrong reservation information, did not know answers to some questions we had). Water pressure in the showers was very low and the hotel is dated.

Incredible beach right across from a supermarket, ice cream/snack bar (Rick's) and close to great restaurants.

I've been coming to this hotel for over 30 years and unfortunately soap, shampoo etc are not replenished everyday. In room safe did not work. Took over 2 1/2 hours to check in since nobody could find our reservation. Food is not as good as in the past.

Great location on the beach. Restaurants were fine for a resort.

The room had a shutter style window to allow air in if you want the island breeze. That said, this is not a tight closure so noise is an issue if you happen to have loud people outside.

The hotel is updated. I like how clean it is and the air conditioner is cold.

The restaurant staff arent so attentive. It takes a while to get served anything. Such as a fork.
