Clean, comfortable bed. Decent breakfast.
The staff at the Holiday Inn London Heathrow were unfortunately not very helpful. I called to ask about power outlets in the room, as I only found USB ports and had a USB-C to USB-C charger with a wall plug. The response was curt and unhelpful, and I felt like I was bothering them just by asking. They told me there was a store nearby but it was closed. They seemed like I was bothering them. I am sure they get this a lot and are burnt out about it. I really wish this detail had been mentioned at booking—if I’d known, I would have brought a different charger or booked elsewhere.
