Loved that the hotel had multiple pools available as well as access to beach and the associated facilities on the beach. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We loved that there were adequate places to place and store your luggage, along with drawers and cabinets so you could unpack. The reading lamps in the bed allowed one person to ready without disturbing the other person staying in the room. And they were the only hotel we stayed at that had a very effective overlapping curtain design to ensure you didn't have morning light creeping into your room via a gap in the curtains. Well done! Loved that the bathroom had a magnifying make-up mirror as well as a hand shower in addition to the overhead shower.
I know they tried to provide good lighting in the bathroom, but it didn't quite succeed in providing the right kind of light that is directed at a woman's face so she can apply makeup. We appreciated the effort to provide bathroom privacy with the sliding panels, but they didn't close all the way, leaving a 4 inch gap.
Magnificent resort! beautiful views, close to the sea, wonderful breakfast.
Their tuna sandwiches- it needs mayonnaise.
Excellent location, outstanding service. Very clean and pretty
Every thing was outstanding
Beautiful grounds
Glass walled shower and toilet. No privacy Nearby restaurants not very good

Staff were poorly trained , had to ask for towels every morning for the pool. Same food every day very average
Close to the beach, facility was clean but stuff is getting outdated and old. Food was not bad but definitely much worse compared to a few years ago.
This was our second time staying at the resort. My wife and I visited in 2018 and actually loved our stay. This time around it just felt different. We arrived, nobody greeted us, there was no assistance to even help with the luggage, for a 5 start resort that is very disappointing. When we were checking in, they did not even acknowledge the fact that this was our second time coming to visit. To make matters worse They did not put us at the main building, they put us all the way in the back with our two kids. I understand that they have to follow certain procedures but there was an adjacent building next to the restaurants and pools where they could have put us in to be closer to everything else on the resort. Now imagine taking your two kids to the pool and having to take them outside all wet and walk all the way to the back to your room. Food was not the greatest. The quality has gone down. When we arrived they put a deposit on my card and then they charged me again at checkout and they are still holding the deposit on my card and we checked out 5 days ago. I am not too sure what is going on. Also some of the staff in the restaurants, every time we arrived with our kids they would have a look on their face. Front desk had one person working there, the other person was usually peaking around the corner and just standing not helping anybody out. All in all this is at best a 6/10 for us and our family. Had a great time in 2018, was rough this time around and we do not plan to return and please take off the deposit hold off my card.
