I thought the gym was garbage for such a big and fancy hotel this could definitely be improved

The only things I like is the location and the room is large.

I didn't enjoy the gym it needs more equipment and updating, the Jets in the hot tubs didn't work, the music in the lobby is way too loud, cannot sit in the Oak and Crue due to the loud music it's like a dance club every night. Is that really necessary it doesn't determine whether people are having a good time or not. I didn't like the fact that the floor in my room was so hard.... they took out the carpets. I didn't like the fact that there was actually water leaking through the floor in my room. I didn't like the fact that my room had a bad smell the moment I checked in and they wouldn't provide me with a decent new room even though I said it had a smell. They could have made more of an effort to give me a different room that was still quiet. I don't like the fact that there are no shower caps or facial cleanser in the bathroom. Also the bathroom is way too dim and the blind on the window in the bathroom is broken so I couldn't get any natural light in. The bathroom floor is freezing also.
