Great location with an amazing pool and opportunities for kayaking. The valet service and pool staff were outstanding!

Our check-in experience wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. The mountain-side part of the hotel seemed older, though remodeled, it was clear they had painted over and reused old moldings from the previous hotel. The young, tall waitress at the restaurant on the right during dinner was not attentive at all; she didn’t even provide utensils and seemed disengaged. Perhaps it’s difficult to find excellent staff due to the remote location on the North Shore. The bellman took too long when we were departing, so we ended up carrying all our luggage ourselves to avoid delay. Overall, the service didn’t match the price of the hotel, especially when compared to the Four Seasons.

Incredible staff!!!! Johnny, Justice and Scotty at the sunset bar truly made our trip. The views, the drink and company! What else can you ask for! Definitely stay during off season though! I wouldn’t want to be there when fully booked.

The property is Amazing ! The staff are all very nice and accommodating. They really go all out to make sure your stay is the very best . We did the Yoga classes daily which were fantastic and took the Mai Tai making class with Johnny which was really fun . Can’t wait to go back .

The beautiful room ! The bed was like sleeping in a cloud ! The Shower and products were very nice .

Location was lovely, fabulous views. We didn’t have a car but managed with taxis. We didn’t want the hassle of driving. Walked to Nourish a couple of times along the beach and rode the bikes one day. Gym was good, did a spin class.hotel co

I left a bag with my personal items for the hotel to store and ship it, they never responded to my emails, after a call they never called me back, and just completely ignored me. The things cannot be found which probably means they lost it. Seems like they don’t know what they are doing
