Great location with plenty of free transportation options to the parks. The option to pool hop with other Universal Hotels is great.

Excellent location, the room was good and clean, friendly stuff but the breakfast options were poor
The hotel charged me more than the price that I have booked. I have sent 2 emails asking for explanation but no answer so far.
Loved the location & facilities. My room was lovely.
The food was awful. Bar 17 had crispy brussels sprouts, and they were not edible, it tasted like a salt lick. Urban food court, ordered crispy buffalo chicken sandwich, the chicken was grey, and I had to throw it out. I ate the pizza from the Urban food court both nights, and it was quite good.
