Location, walking distance to the metro , good shower

Some noise so I could not have the window open, blanket on the bed too warm, pad was uncharged and not connected, coffee pads were not refilled, coffee station on a different floor

Great location only a few minutes from the main square. Room was lovely and big, soft comfortable bed and very clean.

Breakfast was a bit random, as it is in the pedestrian zone and there was a festival on we couldn’t park near the hotel, had to walk a fair distance. Couldn’t see out of the windows as they are high up.

Nice decor if a little tired. Lively ground floor restaurant. Friendly staff

Not very clean. Musty rooms. Very uncomfortable bed.

The hotel is so stylish, the details are so nice. The room was spacious and spotless. Smart wee ideas around like a tablet to search for information or a coffee corner to get a morning cup of coffee (not like in other hotels where let's be honest noone washes the cups in the rooms). Staff was so friendly and helpful from reception to kitchen and bar staff. Location in an absolute benefit. We were going for a concert in AB, it was a 5 mins walk. All the shops and restaurants are just around the hotel. All in all it was a great experience and a great value for money.

Decoration was very charming. The room was small but enough for one person. There was a welcome card in the bed with a belgian candy. Hotel provided body lotion and ear plugs (+ the basic shampoo + hair conditioning). Hotel location couldn't be better.

Breakfast was not included in the fee and the price was considerable. There was an engine close to room 226 that was switching ON-OFF all the time and it was annoying during the night.

The location was very central which was perfect for us that went only for a few days. The staff is very friendly and our room was amazing.
