I love the decoration. Comfortable room. Great location. If you like Sushi Nabu is in the lobby. The street is full of restaurants. Parking across the hotel.
I likes the location
The bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower in 2 different places. We were not aware about the pool parties, super loudy.
The location was excellent.
Although we asked for a quiet room due to this being our one year wedding anniversary, we were stuck in a. Room above the techno pool party. Our shower and sink were clogged so we showered in shin deep water. Our room wasn’t cleaned until 430 pm and it wasn’t actually cleaned. They didn’t wipe counters down or replenish the waters in the mini bar and we got one tiny shower gel for our entire trip. The original person who checked us in seemed very disinterested in being polite upon check in.
Spacious rooms with great facilities.
The gym, the restaurants, and the location.
Dirty underwear ans socks inside of the drawer, but above all: Certainly. Here’s a very formal and polite message you can send to the hotel: ⸻ Subject: Missing Laundry Items – Urgent Request for Investigation My name is Anna Carolina Hoff Jaqueto, and I stayed at your hotel from May 2nd to Mqy 7th, accompanied by my son, Carlos Henrique Hoff Jaqueto. Upon our arrival, we were both wearing BURBERRY t-shirts—his was black with white writing, and mine was beige, also with black writing. That same evening, around 6:00 p.m., I contacted Housekeeping to request laundry service. I carefully counted and listed all items on the provided laundry form, including both aforementioned t-shirts, as well as underwear, panties, socks, and two pairs of jeans. The following day, our clothes were returned hanging in plastic covers. I did not open the bags at the time, but I could see that the two pairs of jeans were present, and since we had no plans to wear those garments again during the stay, we stored the laundry items in the closet to be packed on the final day. To my dismay, upon returning to Brazil, I discovered that both BURBERRY t-shirts were missing. All other items, including the jeans and undergarments, were accounted for. During our stay, we requested laundry services on three separate occasions, and the fourth request was denied due to the time constraints before check-out. Given the circumstances and the meticulous way in which the laundry was handled, I find no other plausible explanation except that the t-shirts were not returned after laundering. These garments are of significant value (approximately USD 500 each in Brazil), and this situation is not only inconvenient but also quite upsetting—for both myself and, I believe, for the reputation of the hotel. I kindly request that you conduct a thorough investigation with your laundry service.
