Location was perfect. short walk from Euston station. Room was perfect and tastefully decorated
Ideal location, quiet but only a short walk to Oxford Street, Covent Garden etc. Room was nice, huge bed! Nice breakfast. Staff were excellent!
Quite an old air con unit in the room. constant "gurgling" sound when turned on which was a little irritating at night. Kept the room cool though. Bathroom could have been larger.
Staff knocked on my door to see how I was.
The staff was really nice and helpful
it is not a 5 star hotel. I would give it 3 stars. It looks nice, the staff is nice. But the rooms are really small, the bathroom looks really poor and there are no facilities in the hotel at all. Besides that, we asked the reception to call a taxi to drive us to the airport. Instead, they called a private car for us and we had to pay 175 euro's!! It was twice what we paid before for the same way.
Enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast and also the English breakfast for a supplementary charge. Service at breakfast very friendly and polite. Room had been upgraded for us and there was a lovely message celebrating the birthday we were there for. It was very clean. Location was perfect for what we were doing in London and the area is really nice.
We thought some of the decor was a bit tired in our room. There had obviously been some kind of leak historically which had left marks on the wallpaper and curtain pelmets.
