The location and the staff were fantastic
The staff were superb from reception to breakfast, maintenance and room cleaning. Everyone was pleasant and polite. Its location was perfect for us: within walking distance of Kings Cross station and not far from theatres, the British Museum or Trafalgar Square and beyond. Bed was very comfortable and the linens of a high quality. Breakfast provided a good selection with plenty of fresh fruits, bread, etc.
The stairs we were in the top floor so bear in mind that theres no lift. In spite of meticulous cleaning, there no hiding the smell of the drains in the small bathroom.
