Staff was very helpful and friendly
The restaurant in the hotel is convenient.
The a/c was broken. Room was 80 degrees. Reached out to the facility and received no help at all. This hotel definitely wouldn't meet the Hilton standards.
Great stay!
Great stay!
After a much-delayed flight due to inclement weather, we finally arrived 3 hours late at 1 a.m. The young man on the front desk was so kind and welcoming. He gave us free vouchers for breakfast. The staff in the restaurant were also fantastic. I can't recommend this hotel enough!
No free continental breakfast
Almost everything
The only glitch we encountered was that after asking specifically about the shuttle service to and from the airport, we were told it operated every half hour. It turned out that it’s only every half hour form the hotel to the airport, but if you are at the airport, you need to call and ask to be picked up. This resulted in our waiting about an hour before trying finally getting the hotel on the phone and and asking what was going on. We were picked up soon after that, but it was a highly annoying experience, especially since we had been very specific in our questions about the service..
