Poseidon Resort

We was not placed in the hotel rooms that you advertised and was put in the Poseidon palace part of there resort the rooms were filthy and like a dudgeon we checked out after 2 days we booked a double room got single beds air conditioning not working very dissatisfied and would like a part refund .

The rooms

The hotel was spotless, in a excellent location with lovely swimming pools.

Air con not on in November.

Enjoyed the location. Rooms were cleaned daily ,fresh towels.

The beds were a little bit lumpy.

We have stayed here before, it's a nice enough hotel, but it does need updating !!! We have stayed I many hotels in Benidorm as we only live 50 minutes away, and often go for two nights, but we have stayed in nicer hotels for the same money, its a shame because the location is great, the staff are very nice, the rooms are dated, but clean ! For me when you walk into a hotel room, it's nice to say wow ! This is nice, but here when you walk in it's. . Ok it's a room...

Breakfast was ok but fruit juices were tasteless.

Use of caps in indoor pool are compulsory why is there no provision for them in the indoor pool area .

The dining room! The layout is complete chaos! Toast you find the toaster, where's the bread? Find the bread, where's a plate? Get back to toaster nowhere to safely place the tongues, I burned my hand trying to use them, threw them away! Had to put ice on my burns! Find the cereals, where are the bowls? Find a bowl over there, fill bowl with cereal, where's the milk? My word it's ridiculous, sit down with bowl of cereal where's the dessert spoon I've only been given a teaspoon!! Where's the sugar, salt & pepper? There is no logic in that dining room! Milk in completely the wrong location as is bread, butter salt & pepper. One crazy, crazy dining room set up!
