Too cold in hallways/rooms.

The shower was great both AM/PM. Everything is pretty much close by with a few attractions.

No menu available during my stay, long strands of hair found in shower (my hair is short) plus a few hairballs near the trash and carpet plus getting back to customers that have concerns before their arrival is a must and I never got a response. Also expensive hidden fees such as incase of damages are high and I am still wanting for my money back. So during the check out, that should be returned especially when a room has been left almost the same upon arrival. And when a person is still eating, don't shove the bill on the table too. You almost feel like you have to quickly eat to pay and leave, when the whole point especially as a solo traveller and during the Holiday period with no family etc just wants to relax after eating her meal.

Excellent location, excellent service from the entire staff. Very clean, very comfortable bedding and quality linens. Nice restaurant, reasonably priced

Valet service personnel were excellent but $48/ day fee is stiff. Bar is surprisingly modest. Very small, poor sports venue

Convince & location to multiple events and restaurants.

Noisy, right at an elevator. And the elevator was having trouble with jerking sound and ride.
