Everything about the stay was marvelous. The preferred members status is truly worth it here.
I love the different type of activities they offered. From boogie boarding to playing volleyball it was great to be able to be within 15 feet of a pool or beach at all times.

Going on the beach you are harassed by folks trying to sell things. Its overwhelming. Would have liked more vegetarian / vegan food options

The customer service was bad I didn't have an iron inside the room I called for one it takes about an hour to get one after 2 phone calls I have to go down stairs to make a request I was there for a wedding I end up being late for the wedding.

I had to pay extra money after I paid my stay due to my son age. I was not aware of the age policy for children after 12.
