The room was dirty so they had to move us to a new one the door would not lock and the swimming pool was really strong of chlorine overall it was just a really bad stay and not worth the money very sketchy.

Nothing! It was dirty, we found a tick in our bed! The walls were dirty from the garbage can. I will never stay here again!

The only good thing was that the towels were actually people sized

First of all, I had booked several weeks in advance to make sure we could have conjoined rooms, front desk clerk kept repeating himself saying that it was just a request and they do what they can. Then he stated he at least did the leg work and got us rooms right next to each other, that was a lie. The rooms were 2 doors down and across the hall from each other. There was no coffee maker in the room. The motion sensor vanity light was a joke, it came on sporadically when we didn't want it on and when I wanted it on it would go off. Front desk was contacted and nothing happened. The breakfast was absolutely pathetic, bread, frosted flakes and the ever popular waffle maker. The juice machine was broke, they had orange juice in a pitcher that tasted off and the jelly packets seemed expired. The pool area was clean, but super dark, couldn't find the light switch to turn the lights on and it was cold in the room and the pool. There were no towels in the pool area, each room only had 2 towels even though when booking you put how many guests, and each bed only had 2 pillows. The bar lock on our door was gone. Overall this is just another line of hotels that we will never book at again. The previous hotel was half the price and 10x better

The price

The rooms were dirty. There was dust everywhere. The ceiling had a dead smashed spider on it. The rooms smelled of mold. There was even a moldy buble on the table next to the bed. The staff was very rude and not welcoming at all. The only options for their breakfast were toast, cereal, or waffles. No fruit or anything with protein.

The room was not clean, and the sheets felt damp from the wash and like not all of the detergent had been washed out.

The staff was friendly and the beds were comfy.

Breakfast was underwhelming with a choice between toast, a waffle, and Frosted Flakes. Cleanliness was lacking in some spaces. The parking lot was not spacious enough for all guests to park in spots.
